So sorry to say but if I could rate at zero or 1/2 star, I would. This doc asked if we had questions and when she couldn't answer them insisted that she didn't need to consult with colleagues in other specialties or with other internists. Her response was "I don't know, and that's not how we do things here." At no time did she indicate that she would try to find the answers or run additional tests that could help determine the cause of the problem.Just kept reiterating that she didn't know the answer.
