Every staff member was very professional from start to finish!The gal at the front desk was so welcoming. I’m sure she knew it was an emergency appt. since the primary care dr. made the appointment personally (concerned about possible vision loss).When the Receptionist saw my husband’s eye closed and so swollen, she made light conversationto comfort us.
