Prompt repairs once spare parts are obtained!
Cannot believe this place got good reviews, I visit them for fixing my car with insurance claim, so nice yes gona do job in two weeks, but after hours of organizing with insurance company and approval, they said something job can be done in two months, they never answer phone, also mail, lied to me, now assessment is not cancelled and I cannot make new one, so I am totally stucked with damage on my car, which I didn't even do, wasn'ty fail, somebody else hits me, unbelievable
The company has had possession of my mums car from the 29th December 2023, 5 months later and we are struggling to get any!!! And I mean any!!! form of communication regarding the return of her vehicle, out of Giles (business owner). the completion date has come and gone and literally ZERO!!!! response to multiple calls and voice msgs, to say I'm concerned is an understatement!!!! DO THE RIGHT THING AND PICK UP THE PHONE GILES!!!! LEGAL ACTION WILL FOLLOW!!!

Just had my car fixed after a crash with a roo. Job done quickly with nil issues. Communication was great and a friendly team.. thanks for a great jobs guys.
