Good hospital clean and staff are awesome. Theres slow days but no one is perfect. Nurses are wonderful and caring doctors are too. They do a great job and try to keep you comfortable.
Absolutely awful service, the worst I've ever had. Zero transparency on wait. Got there at 4:30 with two people in the waiting room. Just left at 9pm because this was so ridiculous. I have a bruised rib and nobody took care of me. Had to sit there for hours making the pain worse. Absolutely unacceptable and I won't be coming back.
My daughter was in lastnight February 25 2025 to see ob and was treat it very poorly .we are very disappointed in the baby ward in goderich hospital .my daughter was 4 centimeters and the nuser over seeing her said to her this is not for your own convenient emergencies just to be checked. So my daughter took off to London and got here at 6 centimeters not happy at all .
Went in needing surgery for a 3rd time now with a pain level at 10/10 and they refused to do it was mistreated by the doctor and they refused to give me anything for pain when I cant even walk and had this surgery done before all they said was take tylenol this hospitals incompetence is sad
