I saw Dr. Alexandra Lovoy primarily to treat my dry eyes so that I could wear soft contact lens. After prescribing me Xiidra, then $650 PRP drops, she said my only option was scleral lens (roughly $3,000). Given the cost, she confirmed with her office that half of the fitting fee would be refunded. It turns out Dr. Lovoy flat out lied to me regarding this refund.
