I wasn't able to reach anyone but wanted to give feedback to help them improve services. 1. The voicemail for in patient social worker was full so a message could not be left. I encourage the VM"s be checked and cleared often since information can help with patient treatment. Also 2.the outpatient receptionist had no information for inpatient contact #'s. This office is a big joke. Go there with health concerns and get lab work done. Have to wait weeks for results and nothing happens with your concerns.
Dr. Dickson has been my primary physician for many years, I trust him totally. In fact my entire family are patients of Dr Dickson.
Extremely irritated they bill improperly and the only way to fix it is to fax or go back in. I don't use antiquated fax machines. Of course the hours suck. Have to take off from work. Can't email. Love Dr Nugyen. Hate the office, also very hard to navigate the phone system.
Got my Bloodwork done on 2/5/24. It is now 2/21/24 I have yet to receive a phone call from anybody . About my bloodwork results . I left several messages like they requested . This unexceptionable from my doctors office . I hope someone looks into this matter . Next I will contact my insurance company .
Had a work injury. I went in at 8 am. Long wait in the exam room between doctor, xrays and discharge. Everyone was very nice and apologetic for the long wait, but the doctor was able to expedite the results from the radiologist. My only issue was that I was unable to leave until 10:40.
I had to take an ambulance ride to Inspira Vineland Hospital on July 7th, 2022 around 10pm. I spent SEVEN HOURS LAYING ON THE ER BATHROOM FLOOR, feeling like I was dying, exploding out of both ends. Something is very, very wrong about that. Completely unacceptable care. I came in an ambulance, felt like I was dying, and still had to wait 7 hours (while exploding from both ends, constantly, for 7 hours), while people who looked and acted completely fine got a room. I was sent with a broken back from Elmer and Inspira to Vineland and laid four days with no help find out that my doctors name in American Shaw sounded like a surgeons name in Indian Shau they threw me out they shot me up with pain medicine stood me up walked me down the hall with a nurse and told me to go home and heal and see my doctor what the fuck kind of shit is that!!!
