This woman, has no compassion for her patients, any health complaints....and she sends you a referral to see another doctor, she doesn't diagnosis you for anything, and as far as getting prescription refills in a timely manner, that is completely out of the question, has kept us waiting for up to 3 weeks for refills, and as of today still no prescription send to pharmacy but she did request to do labs and schedule another appointment. My visit to Optum Southwest Medical office was amazing. I felt welcomed . Dr. Alex Acosta Owens made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. I normally feel nervous every time I go to a doctors appointment but not this time . She was very professional and caring . Dr. Acosta explained my medical profile in details and I was able to ask questions. When I left there, I felt this doctor really cares for her patients.
