I can’t speak for those who left a negative review or had had bad experience. But I’ve met Dr Dresel twice and found her to be upfront, calculated, a genuine lovely Surgeon. Office staff is efficient, pleasant and easy to deal with, while my surgery may be considered minor by surgical stands it wasn’t to me, I found her to be informative, kind and empathetic. Hoping I never need surgery again, but she gets my vote for future procedure.
Dr. Dresel removed my gallbladder after pregnancy. I’ve had my appendix removed and had horrible gas pain for several days after. I spoke to Dr. Dresel before hand about the gas pain and she told me she does her best to get the bubbles out. I’m here to tell you I have almost no gas pain after my surgery and for that I am so grateful and would recommend her to anyone!
Hello everyone my name is Audrey Therman. I've looked at some of your reviews and I beg to differ in regards to this Dr. December 2011 I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism by Dr. Dresle she stated that I'd a 2 8 cm goiter on my nodule and it needed to be removed. I agreed being I'd gained so much weight my thyroid was not producing adequate hormones. She scheduled my surgical procedure for January 5th 2012. A very intelligent doctor she did a good job and very good staff!
Hands down, Dr. Dresel is one of the best Thyroid surgeons ever!! She's very intelligent, thorough, and crafty. I was terrified of having major surgery and she made it one of the best days of my life. My surgery was scheduled for 2 hours but Dr. Dressel did it with excellence in 45 minutes. I highly recommend her to everyone.
