Set an appointment and never showed up! No call or text. I called them and they did not answer or return my call. I drove from indianapolis to Bloomington to meet them here! Drove an hour waited an hour now I have to drive back for nothing!

I actually called for a trailer repair and the lady said well it’s going to be two weeks before they could even give me a estimate and they couldn’t look at it till I took the boat off the trailer but that’s why i was bringing it to them so I had to go elsewhere to get a trailer repair
Wow, is all I can say! What a very long process we had in dealing with having our camper repaired from a storm that left a tree over our new (to us) camper last year! All I can say is that I will NEVER need to look for another place to handle my camper needs now that I have dealt with this amazing company! Cindy was absolutely excellent to deal with.
