I have been pleased with Alexander Trailer when purchasing parts - very knowledgeable & the parts were available. However, when I had them come out to diagnose a problem with a slide on my RV the tech had to contact another tech as to where the motors were located. Once he located the motor he found that the gear box was bad. They ordered a new part & a couple weeks later came out to install the new motor. Two techs came out for this installation. It took them approximately 4 hours to install and synchronize the motors. Beca... read more
