Wilfred was very helpful. Answered any questions that I had. He came to install 3 AC units and did a wonderful job. They are working great. Would recommend him to anyone that needs any type of hvac work.

I had an issue with my Midea u-shaped window AC unit not cooling. Alexander responded promptly, was professional, efficient, and fairly priced. After diagnosing a refrigerant leak I was able to get the unit replaced under the manufacturer's product warranty. Highly recommend Alexander's Proficient Heating & Cooling for HVAC repairs!

We called on a hot Friday evening when every other company refused to service us until Monday morning. Alex was here within a half hour, figured out the problem - thanks god it was an easy fix - and saved our weekend.
