Plumber arrived quickly and repaired my broken fresh water line. Friendly and fast in an emergency.
Alexander's has done several jobs for us, most recently a UV water filter in our house. Very professional interactions and high quality work.
We had Alexander's come out to do an estimate for us to replace the faucets, fixtures, and some piping in our shower/tub at our new home. When we got the quote it was over $2,500!!! We found another plumber in the same area whose work was fantastic and within our budget...actually his quote was $1,400 LESS than Alexander's. We feel that the company was trying to gouge us with a ridiculous quote. Do NOT work with this company.
Came here to do the job but didn't follow through in the least. My parents contracted them to take care of a water leak in our front yard. They determined they would have to dig up a large portion of our yard to replace all the old pipes. We were okay with that. What was not okay was that in the process of doing this job, they cut our cable lines and lied to us regarding the fact that it happened (they blamed it on us cutting it with a lawn mower)..then subsequently left all excess dirt and soil from the job all over the yar... read more
