Alexander will not pay for repairs. I had their service for almost 10 years. Discovered termite damage recently. It cost me $2,650 to replace my entire fireplace and they only gave me $265. The tech had NEVER mentioned any issues with fireplace. They claimed "water damage", but the tech over the years did not report a water issue a single time. Just a BS excuse to not hold up their contract. RUN from Alexander. They won't cover you when you really need it.
