Terrible experience. Diamonds fell out of my new engagement ring within a week of having it. Gene promised to make it right and never followed through. Had us waiting for weeks and was always frazzled & overwhelmed whenever we asked about it. Got it fixed at another jeweler and have had no problems over 6 months later.

I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I went to 5 different jewelry stores. I was referred to Alexanders from a friend and met Gene at his shop. After describing what I was looking for he was able to show me some diamonds which he thought would meet my expectations. After describing the stones which he showed me I was stunned that based upon my discussions with the other jewelry stores what he was offering me was almost twice the size with same cut and clarity for about three quarters the price.
