RecommendedI have been going to see Dean at Alexander's Automotive for years and have always received the best courteous service. Prices for standard service and repairs much much better than the Dealer service shop.

Absolutely terrible service. I called ahead and when I got there, was completely ignored. I took my business elsewhere after a few minutes of waiting and being ignored. I called and voiced my complaint after which, receiving a message to call back and speak with Dean. I promptly do so and he says, "just because you walk in I'm supposed to hang up the F@$&in' phone!?" I said, "No", that I was in sales and that it's just called customer service.
