It was a little hard to get someone on the phone at times, so communication could definitely be improved. Other than that, I’m happy with the purchase and the car was as described.
The vehicle didn’t leave as quickly as I hoped after I paid. It turned out the dealership was waiting on the transport schedule. Not ideal, but they explained the process.
I didn’t love seeing the taxes and fees added to the total. The dealership explained each line item and showed what was required. It wasn’t a hidden dealer charge, just more expensive than I hoped.
Bought a truck from them started to go home. It started to overheat so I pulled over and went and got some coolant, Put the cooling in it, made it home turns out it had a blown head gasket, and they still sold it to me without letting me know, and they’re supposed to be mechanics. Beware!! This place is a scam.
