I am an owner of a townhouse/condominium in Suffolk County, Long Island. The HOA levied a 3 year assessment that started in 2021 and should end by 2023. This company employees a super in buildings who is a complete useless piece of shit named JOE SODANO. he will destroy anything he touches. He destroyed my bathroom took my money never finished and his work was horrendous
