The office scheduled an appointment on Wednesday 9/9-2025 and called me today to cancel because Dr Volpi apparently doesn’t see patients over 60 years of age older. Clearly such is against the law and is AGE DISCRIMINATION and complaint was filed with the ethics board
Dr. Volpi was very nice...eventhough I was nervous getting my knee shots Dr.. Volpi made me feel at ease.
I started seeing Dr Volpi a couple of years ago for some knee issues. He took the time to speak with me about any concerns or questions I had. He treated my problems efficiently andbeith great results. I cannot recommend him highly enough. An excellent Doctor and a wonderful man.
I saw Dr. Ackerman initially but wasnt impressed with him. I thought Dr Volpi was very nice, informative and diagnosed my issue quickly. He recommended joint injections. He took his time with me, didn't rush. The nurse was very friendly and attentive. I've been to the Syosset location twice now, we talk about music. Great vibe there.
From the first meeting with Dr Volpi after Matthew injured his shoulder, Dr Volpi was very attentive, informative and friendly. He helpfully relays professional information in ways that patients can understand, and he is open to answering questions raised by family as well as patient. Dr Volpi performed surgery on Matthew's rotator cuff which was very successful and he remained very communicative throughout the whole process. His office also has excellent nursing and surgical coordination staff.
