Had to cancel scheduled vacation due to getting Covid-19 and traveling companion developing Dementia and being unable to travel. When trying to rebook vacation was told that I had to pay a $200 cancelation fee (200 per double occupancy room. I do believe that this company is running a scam. The deal may be true, but due to some of the staffers unprofessionalism during my conversation regarding the reward, it felt like a scam. The staffers have an attitude whenever I had asked her a question. After I had decided to cancelled it all, I end up losing $39 due to the fact that they open an account for me to access their link.
