Dr Tonthat and his very professional team made a procedure that I was really dreading into a surprisingly pleasant experience.
Dr. Tonthat was so horrible to me. I have an infection in my stomach, it took him two months to tell me about it. He cancelled my first appointment which was a month after my procedure. Then he cancelled that appointment and made a new appointment for me a month later. He called an hour and 1/2 late for that appointment. Doctor Tonthat took care of my upper and lower endoscopy. He and the team were very professional and made me feel comfortable and confident I was getting good care. The nurses, techs, everyone was great. The procedure was a breeze. An hour later I would have never guessed I had even had a procedure done, I felt totally normal!
