Nice doctor. I've never felt rushed and he seems to be taking his time to understand my issues. I've never had to wait long in the lobby at all. I guess the only issue is that his appointments are sometimes too far out because he has a lot of patients. I also like how everything is online. Nice to see previous vitals and records from their Optum service. I think all doctors should have some online services provided to their patients.
Dr. Alexander Chan has been my mom's primary care physician for many years. He Is very kind and compassionate. He is also very thorough and takes the time to call patients for follow-up after appointments if need be. A++++++ Dr Chan
