Amazing care by Dr Alex Tauchen and his care team! I appreciated all the extra attention and tlc from Alicia! (Especially all my preop questions, and wound care!) Judy in the office answered my emails and calls promptly and efficiently! Rachel and Maddie, your smiles and attention to details at every visit made my hip replacement surgery safe and seamless! Although I can't say that my recovery is as good as I would like yet, Dr. Taushen and the entire staff is wonderful and do everything to improve my recovery. Would definitely recommend!
Very hands on and detailed, answered all my questions, explained everything so I could understand. Highly Recommended! Staff was excellent and friendly.
Dr. Tauchen and his group are phenomenal. Detailed, thorough, and very communicative. And the Stryker Mako system for a new knee is top notch. Just remember - the patient also has to hold up their end (listening, prep, physical therapy). Highly recommend!!
