My fiance paid rent thru end of January, but management enter his apartment, remove the rest of his belongings INCLUDING cable and internet boxes without notification or permission. He lost hundreds of dollars in property. Management response was "call an attorney "
Absolutely some of the most unprofessional people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Initially I called in February to inquire about an apartment. I was told that some were being worked on and were coming available in April and to call back mid March to get the status. So I did. They asked me to do a background check($40) and that I could use it anywhere because it was good for a year. I did that even though I couldn't really spare it at the time.
