I have been going to Dr Sonkin for years and highly recommend him. He is never rushed, listens to you and lets you have an input in your care. I am in the medical field and in today's healthcare this is a blessing!!!

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always make sure to return my phone call ... read more

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
