Dr. Shushan went above and beyond caring for my daughter who broke her arm on vacation. He directed us via the telephone from the opposite side of the country on what to do and how to proceed until our arrival home the following night. Dr. Shushan got us in for an appointment immediately so he could align / set her break, then placed her in a full arm cast. Dr. Shushan is absolutely wonderful! He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. I never felt rushed, and his kindness and professionalism really stood out. I would highly recommend!
I received a bill from the Doctor's office before I even had my appointment. I have medical insurance so called to try to understand what was going on. I called and waited 10 minutes only to find that a call center answered the phone. The website said the office was open until 7 p.m. My first of 2 calls was made at 3:30 p.m. If you want to speak to the Doctor's office staff the call center sends a note to them to tell them to call you. I seriously can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shushan. He is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He saw my daughter for an injured hand. He was very thorough and informative with the initial visit and was excellent during the surgery process.
Dr. Shushan has diagnosed and performed 2 surgeries on my hands, specifically my left middle finger (tumor) and my right thumb (cyst). He is a very good surgeon and makes me feel at ease. I have had several hand issues over the past several years and I am so thankful I found Dr. Shushan to oversee my medical care for the most important part of my body...my hands.
