Alexander Services came out to unclog my condensate line. They failed to correct the issue the first time, so they came back again a few days later. On both occasions, I explicitly stated that I wanted them to make sure the fittings were sealed properly. Weeks later, my ceiling starts leaking. My drywall in my bedroom and bathroom is soaked and damaged. I call a plumber to check it out. Apparently, the leak came from the condensate line-- it was not sealed properly. Would not honor warranty work, and did a bait and switch.
I really appreciate what this business did for me and my father. Thank you for working with us on pricing and timing. On one of the hottest days of the month you were there in under an hour and had things working like new in no time. Alexander Services was there when I needed you and I want to shout out to Leo and Mike for their great customer care of an elder man and his daughter.

Complaints Against Alexander Services – Alexander Services has had multiple violations with the City of San Antonio and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. They've had to pay many penalties. Moreover, the company has complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. ALL PUBLIC RECORDS.
