I had to go to Dr Nurell, he gave all of my teeth crowns and caused me bad tooth pain.

My son went under the care of dr Nurell a few years back and committed insurance fraud. He had perfectly healthy teeth and the doctor filled ever baby tooth in his mouth for no reason. And he have him 4 root canals and crowns. The crowns kept falling off these shaved down little nub teeth that he has left. Long story short I took him else where and paid over 1000 dollars to get crowns on his front teeth placed in properly. Place needs to be shut down and her needs to be charged with fraud.
