FIVE STARS!! So refreshing! In today’s healthcare industry, it’s unfortunately rare to have such a great experience. This office is organized, clean, and incredibly efficient—wait times are minimal, if any. Dr. Alexander Gross is outstanding! He has an excellent bedside manner, truly cares about his patients as individuals (not just numbers), and is both kind and compassionate. His entire staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Gross!
I was so lucky to have been referred to Dr. Alexander Gross for some dermatologic problems. His front office personnel, Kristy was so sweet and helpful in assisting me in completion of the required new patient paperwork. After about 15 minutes, his nurse, Melanie came and got me. Dr. Gross explained what was going on with my skin so that I understood, wrote down what lotion I needed to get while his nurse called in an Rx for a cut I had on my leg. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They do not pay attention to detail and often make mistakes in charts. They do not seem to care about the patients they care for at all.
Saved my life. Not an exaggeration. Diagnosed my DRESS Syndrome before it damaged my internal organs (liver and heart) before it could lead to permanent damage and possible death. Has always been there for me day or night.
I have been going to Dr. Gross for over 10 years. He takes his time answering your questions, has a wonderful bedside manner and resolves any skin concern you may have. I recommend Dr. Gross to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
