I have been a patient of Dr. Gross for over 20 years. I always prepare with questions before the visit and he is wonderful at providing realistic options. Dr Gross is professional, detailed, kind and an excellent diagnostician. My son has been in and out of the hospital for two and a half years now. We have seen multiple specialist (gastrointestinal, rheumatology, dermatology, infectious disease, wound care) you name it. FIVE STARS!! So refreshing! In today’s healthcare industry, it’s unfortunately rare to have such a great experience. This office is organized, clean, and incredibly efficient—wait times are minimal, if any. Dr. Alexander Gross is outstanding! He has an excellent bedside manner, truly cares about his patients as individuals (not just numbers), and is both kind and compassionate. His entire staff is warm, friendly, and helpful.
