Unfortunate that I have to share my experience, but I feel like others should be warned. I hired Attorney Ozburn to handle the settlement of an estate. I paid a retainer up front, and he then proceeded to reschedule calls last minute, eventually becoming unreachable entirely. What should have been a straight forward process to obtain letters of administration, turned into months of increasing unprofessionalism. David Ozburn is a great attorney. He is very personable even when he is super busy and doesn't "really" have time to stand around and talk... But you would never guess he was so busy. I would recommend anyone to visit him for any real estate needs. He is always willing to answer any questions as well.
