Dr. Rowland and his staff were very professional and respectful of my time. I was able to see Dr. Rowland at my scheduled appointment time which doesn't usually happen for my other medical appointments. Within minutes, my trigger thumb was evaluated and treatment administered. Now the rest is up to me to exercise my thumb to get it back to normal. I would highly recommend.
I was disappointed with my visit. I went in for wrist pain that I explained was impacting daily living. After less than 5 minutes of being seen I was told to come back in 30 days if it still hurt.. I had to pay $266 to barely have an exam and felt like my pain wasn’t taken seriously. Then I had to stop him from walking out to ask what to do to mitigate pain in the meantime. If I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have been told anything. I’m still in pain and the appointment was definitely a waste of my time and money.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Alex Rowland. Dr. Rowland is not only an incredibly skilled orthopedic specialist but also a compassionate listener who takes the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment options, I never once felt rushed.
