This man is not a nice person, nor is he anyone I will EVER go back and see. After insisting my son needed glasses and basically insinuating he can't see anything, I felt pressured to place a charge on my credit card for his glasses right away. He only has METAL frames and a 2 year old would never wear them- that's why they make toddler glasses (which I had asked about over the phone and was told yes). I have known Dr. Alexander for 20 years. He is very knowledgable about his profession and cares deeply about each of his patients. He is very easy to work with and he explains details of getting an exam. He spends an absorbent amount of time with to make sure you understand your needs as a patient. I have referred several patients to him and all of my referrals have thanked me for sending them to him. He is very professional in exemplary in dealing with all patients.
