Two stars for an amazing support staff. Great reception. Positive vibes all around. Zero stars for the gaslighting and trust betrayal of the veterinarians. They told me my pup was fine after a mass removal. Took her elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. She wasn't fine. Had to have a second corrective surgery. Went back to this clinic. Saw a new/different vet there. Really liked him. Gave the clinic a second chance with a second mass removal....they did it to her AGAIN. Same exact experience. We are done here.
We were in town for just the weekend and our dog was having trouble — Got us in within an hour and they were incredibly gentle with our dog. Highly recommend.
This is the best veterinary office I have ever taken my dog to. The staff is amazing and they are accomodating if its necessary for you to have your pet seen right away! Everyone is personable, understanding of your pets needs and even of your fears for your pets well-being. They are compassionate and they will explain and give you options for your pets needs.
