Every step I took was agony. Wish I'd gotten hip replacement surgery years ago. Dr. Harbin, his staff and the Bone and Joint Center are so efficient and well organized. They are the best.
Very positive experience. Clear explanation and discussion of my issue. This is an aside but the Schenectady office needs an exterior sign that indicates Bone and Joint office.
Doctor and staff were very professional and listened to me and my thoughts versus telling me what they wanted to hear.
