Finding a home, not just a house. 5 stars hands down. We looked at maybe a dozen or more house over the course of a year. He understood what I was looking for in location, cost, and size. I had even taken a break of looking, yet he had not. He texted me after a couple months and encouraged me to take a peek at this little house that he was thinking was what I was looking for. Now? I've had the pleasure, privilege, and opportunity to work with Mr. Phippen more than once when buying a home! Five Stars doesn't quite cover it. He was always willing to go the extra mile and will do anything he can to make the buying and selling process easy. And I CAN'T say enough about his amazing communication. Alex is a wonderful person to work with. He responded to all my texts and calls in a timely manner. Usually pretty quickly. He made sure to have all the info we would need about the house. He was with us every step of the way and I would highly recommend him.
