After having 2 surgeries by Dr Kopiec I highly recommend Alexander Orthopedics’ for care. He is a wonderful doctor! He doesn’t rush you and clearly answers any questions you have. His staff is awesome too!! Kind, considerate and very professional. Facing surgery is scary and Dr Kopiec and his staff made it a little easier to deal with.
Very honest review: The lady who took my MRI, she was nice and comforting both times. The doctor I saw in this location, he was welcoming and decently descriptive. They gave me a shot which then was charged. They asked “do you want it” and obviously nothing is free but the discrepancy of hey you might have to pay for it and if it does it’s $140+ due lacks here. Most horrible phone system!! A facility this big should have better “customer service” and a live associate when only information is needed!!!!
