The staff is nice but there is always an issue in the front desk and we have to work a long time. No matter if we fill the papes electronically online when you get there there some that you need to complete again because they can’t find. Sometimes the payments don’t go through because their WiFi is not working. If you call to change an appointment no one picks the phone and you have to leave a voice mail and they take for ver to get back at you.
The doctors are great, the building is nice, but it’s super frustrating when you’re trying to call for an appointment and no one answers the phone. I’ve called 1st thing in the morning, late in the evening before closing, right after lunchtime and you can’t get them to answer. I’ve been in there and have seen an empty waiting room in the morning and late afternoons so I for the life of me can not figure out why they don’t answer. Dr Ali Zahrai is a fine Surgeon. He remembered doing my back years ago. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dr Zahrai.
