Friendly, helpful staff at reception desk,
I am very upset! I have been going to Dr Swarigen since I moved her and when she left one practice to go to Alexander Ortho I started going there, I have since went on medicare and they no longer take my insurance i called to get a copy of my records and scans for my new doctor and was told it would take a week and cost me 10.00!! These are my personal records and the scans have been covered by insurance so iIfeel they legally should be mine and already been paid for!
