While the staff were nice and the braces process wasn’t too bad, when I got my braces off they shaved my teeth slightly down for cosmetic effect as far as I know, while some want it I didn’t, and I felt pressured to do it, while it may not seem that big of a deal, I can’t grow that small part of my teeth back, and it doesn’t feel like my real teeth. I can’t reverse it now, but if you ever make a permanent change to your patients teeth in the future that isn’t necessary, make sure to ask them clearly before you do anything.
Efficient and always professional! Have had two kids go through the brace experience - and I appreciate they are both able to continue checks in as needed with no hidden fees !!
My daughter just finished her second round of two stints in braces. While it seem like a long road, she couldn’t be happier with her beautiful smile. Dr. Chuck and his team care about their patients and they care about doing the job right-no cutting corners or hurrying the process. We are about to send our son into his second round and we know we will trust Alexander Orthodontics through to the end of our journey with braces! Vale H
