The A team is TRULY amazing! They take the time to get to know their patients and they make you feel extremely comfortable. From the moment you walk in the doors to smiling faces to the moment you leave feeling confident that they have you taken care of. Dr. Chuck and his team make you feel like you’re part of one big family. My words can’t describe fully how awesome they are! I’m thankful I chose them! (:
While the staff were nice and the braces process wasn’t too bad, when I got my braces off they shaved my teeth slightly down for cosmetic effect as far as I know, while some want it I didn’t, and I felt pressured to do it, while it may not seem that big of a deal, I can’t grow that small part of my teeth back, and it doesn’t feel like my real teeth. I can’t reverse it now, but if you ever make a permanent change to your patients teeth in the future that isn’t necessary, make sure to ask them clearly before you do anything.
Efficient and always professional! Have had two kids go through the brace experience - and I appreciate they are both able to continue checks in as needed with no hidden fees !!
