Avoid at all costs! I’ve been living in NYC for 11 years and this has been the worst experience at a doctor that I’ve ever had. My appointment was scheduled for 6:15 pm, and I had gotten the Zoc Doc reminders. I even got one at 4:45 via text. When I arrived at 6 pm the lady at the front desk told me I did not have an appointment.
