Definitely pricey don’t think you’ll be bringing your pets here and leaving without a huge bill but do trust that these are some great folks that really care. I mean really, they are on it. We brought our cat in late Wednesday night and they rushed her right back to attend to her. They were quick and caring and people came out to actually get our info and listen to us. I have come here twice for two separate emergencies for my kitty Tuna Each time, despite how busy they get, they are incredibly compassionate, kind, and patient. I am grateful to be able to take my kitty to a place like this!
We were at the beach when our pup got stung by a bee and needed quick help. Instead of driving an hour home to our regular vet, we found Pacific & Santa Cruz Veterinary Specialists. They were able to see us within about 15 minutes, and Emily, the nurse technician, was incredibly kind and gentle with our pup, who can be a little skittish. I am beyond happy with my experiences with the surgical team at this hospital. My pet was diagnosed with an anal gland adenocarcinoma, and we were seen first for a surgical consult and for the actual surgery a few weeks later. Dr. Melissa Arbaugh was fantastic. She answered my many questions regarding the procedure, and was so patient and respectful with my pet. His surgery went so well, he came home and wasn't even acting like he had a major surgery.
