Having Dr Alexander by my side when needing a total knee replacement was extremely comforting. From the first time I met him, I knew this was the doctor for me. Doctor Alexander is good and knowledgeable surgeon but the financial system his cabinet has in place is very greedy they told me they called the insurance and insurance will pay for my surgery and the insurance did, never mention I will have to pay out of pocket more then my copay then they sent me aggressive letters every week that I have to pay extra so is all about money of you have it this is the doctor for you if you don't stay away

Dr. Alexander is an amazing doctor! He made me feel at ease the first time I met him. He is so knowledgeable and explains everything in a way you can understand. He performed two surgeries on me and I've never felt better. He always greets you with a smile and handshake. He has such a warm bedside manner. It is rare to find an exceptional surgeon and also one that is caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Alexander to my family and friends. I've already done so!
Dr. Alexander is a good and knowledgeable doctor however his office staff is the worst, they don’t seem to understand what their business is about. Being a doctor is about people not necessarily grabbing as much money as you can and when the office staff refused to help someone, to me it’s a clear indication that they don’t care about people they just care about the money
Dr. Nick and his staff are skilled and personable. Appointments are usually on time. Had a total knee replacement which went just as he laid out. He is known and respected at Valley Hospital (a great patient oriented place.) He is attentive. Really seems to like what he is doing and keeping abreast of the changing technology. Would definately to to him again.
I saw Dr. Alexander for a complicated fracture.He patiently explained my status,options and expected outcomes in a caring non-pressured way.His expert treatment and recommendations have improved my quality of life and promoted good healing. The office staff is so helpful and professional. If I should require more surgery in the future, he is the only surgeon I would trust. My mom,neighbor and I were treated by Dr.Alexander and are very pleased with his skill, professional knowledge and care. TU
Went in and was diagnosed with tendinitis last evening. Dr. Alexander was terrific --- informative, kind, courteous, etc. his diagnosis was spot on. I'm already feeling better the very next day, having done some of the rehab exercises he recommended. The office staff is equally competent with their responsibilities and so nice and courteous. This was a great, efficient and effective experience!
