What a great experience. Dr. Nguyen is a caring, knowledgeable, attentive and pleasant doctor. He was beyond prompt when I went for my appointments as well as communicating my results. Such an efficient doctor. All the staff, Idilia , Alexis, Dexter and the gentleman who did my x-rays ( I can't remember his name unfortunately)are wonderful and extremely pleasant and caring. Dr Nguyen was most professional and knowledgeable. His patient bedside manner was excellent! The office staff is excellent too!
Office staff is terrible and unhelpful. The will call you 5 times to confirm your appointment, but when you get there, they will point out you are missing paperwork and wont see you. All while sitting at the desk behind the computer, avoiding eye contact. I wont be back though I desperately needed to see thw doctor today. Thanks
It’s very hard to get an appointment when you are in pain had to go to an urgent care
