I bought a car from Alexander Motors 4 months ago and it is still working. I’m currently making upgrades to my car but I love it and I love how these people does business. They are understandable and they will work with you. It’s a honor to do business with them.
Very nice and friendly people. I bought a car there in February. Only had Minor problems like the interior and I had to get some new tires but it was worth it. After I bought the car I had it looked and and everything was perfectly fine. I will be getting there service again and for the people that say never buy from them. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! They are super friendly with great customer service but there cars are trash!! I bought a vehicle from them and have had to put 500 dollars into it in less than 4 months. I can understand simple repairs as in starter, battery, or spark plugs but having a blown head gasket in less than 4 months is ridiculous. Anybody and everybody I have talked to from Jackson has said DO NOT BUY.
