My family of six has been going to see Dr. Miller for over 25 years, and he is both thorough and conservative. He does not recommend any treatments that are not necessary, and has expertly treated any skin problems in a safe and timely manner. I would recommend him highly!
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
I went to Dr. Miller to have a bump the size of a pinhead on my cheek looked at. He said it was cancer and had to be removed. He described a procedure that sounded simple. Dr. Miller scheduled four surgeries on the same day. I was scheduled to go first, (something I was not told). I had been to his offices only once before and on the day of surgery I had a hard time finding the place. I was 20 minutes late. Dr. Miller is great. I come from San Diego to Yorba Linda whenever I need dermatological services so that should give you an idea of his expertise. Now for the standard survey answers: They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. I loved how friendly the staff was. They gave me such a warm welcome.
