Everyone at the office, from the person that checked me in, to the one that checked me out was lovely. I am glad that I found some answers and felt confident in each point of care.
Never a problem!
The young lady who checked us in did not acknowledge us when we walked in. Since I work in healthcare myself, I simply said, “Hi, how are you?” and greeted her warmly. She then asked if we would be self-paying, stating that according to the chart, my mother had no insurance. I explained politely that my mother does have insurance and provided her insurance information. Staff and Dr M were wonderful, pleasant and friendly. Knowledgeable and informative with questions/concerns, I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed. Would recommend to anyone who has Ortho needs!
