Dr. Alexander Mach is great with my children! He is the only Dr. they feel comfortable to see and when I say we are going to see him they are excited.
We absolutely love Dr. Mach! He has been an incredible pediatrician for our family — always kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to listen and answer every question, no matter how small, and we never feel rushed during appointments. He's also incredibly responsive and timely, which is so reassuring as a special needs parent. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it shows in the way he treats both kids and parents. We’re so grateful to have Dr. Mach as our pediatrician.
Dr Mach is great! Very patient and informative. He communicates kindly and efficiently with both kids and adults about how best to stay healthy. Office staff are friendly and easy to book with and assisting nurses were also very gentle and helpful with my child’s care.
