I had L4–L5 decompression and fusion surgery on 7/07/2026 with Dr. Satin six weeks ago after years of severe, chronic leg and lower back pain. Today, all of my leg pain is completely gone! I still have some mild soreness at the incision site as it continues to heal, but it is purely incision healing—no nerve pinching at all. I truly appreciate Dr. Satin and his entire staff for their kindness, care, and professionalism.
Dr Satin and staff are great. One year later my pain is gone and I thank the Lord every night for them. Dr Satin said he could do the spinal fusion to correct my problem and he did! Would recommend him to anyone.

The day we met with Dr. Satin we knew we were in the right place. I had suffered with back pain for over two years. Upon my examination, he stated that he was 95% sure the spinal fusion surgery would help my problem. He told me honestly he could definitely lower my pain level but never get back to no pain at all. Well I am here to tell you I am 6 months out of my spinal fusion surgery and have ZERO back pain. We highly recommend Dr.Satin for any of your back pain issues.
