Dr. Lee was repeatedly dismissive and unprofessional during my mother’s appointment. My mother has Parkinson’s disease and dementia, and he consistently talked over her, interrupted her, and demonstrated a complete lack of patience or compassion. Rather than addressing her medical needs, Dr. Lee rushed the visit and told my mother that he “doesn’t have much time” and that she “takes too long to talk.” Speaking to a vulnerable patient with cognitive and neurological impairments in this manner is unacceptable. 2 times now i had a phone appointment scheduled phone in hand waiting and called office twice asking about this appointment cause i didnt recieve a call they say he is running behind to wait 2 hours go by nothing i write in my chart as well then i get a notification saying i missed it and he tried calling 3 times and left 2 voice-mail and i recieved nothing!! Very frustrating
Dr Alexander Lee is beyond exceptional. Not only does he quickly access and address all concerns during office visits, but he's remarkably fast with responding to online inquires. He's also fun and quit witted. His only downfall is his lack of availability to take on my family members as new patients. But I understand and appreciate that he's my PCP.
Dr. Lee is amazing. My great grandma was a patient of his for the rest of her elderly life. My grandma and grandpa are now patients of his as well. He has taken such great care of my family. He really puts his patients first. And thank goodness to him, he is the reason my grandpa is able to get his hip surgery. I just seriously could not be anymore thankful for this man. Thank you for being you Dr. Lee. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!
Dr. Lee has been my physician for ten years. Nice guy, attentive, smart and effective, you know, what you want in a doctor. I think the decade he's kept me alive is impressive, trust.
