Best attorney in the state!!
Do not know how he is on criminal court but divorce court I would not recommend him. His law clerk would do just the opposite of what I would tell her. She called me up and argued with me. When I told her that my husband does not have dental on our daughter and his attorney said he did she took his word over mine and question me. On top of that when I said that I wanted spouse support she told me that the judge would not allow it. Not that they talk to the judge on the matter. Hubert talked it up on the front end and then laid down once in court. Totally worthless. Literally I thought my defense attorney was working for the prosecution. DO NOT USE HUBERT. He will plea or do whatever to get you out of his system asap. Will not fight for you. Basically called me a liar.
Without hesitation I reccomend John Ogles. I appreciate his straight forward approach and his honesty with his clients.
