Alex is without a doubt a professional realtor that knows his job very well. I'm happy that we chose him as our realtor, he helped us a lot and was very patient. His communication was impeccable and his knowledge of Boston neighborhood and construction in general is very impressive.
Alex has great insight into the local market, was professional, and was instrumental in making our condo sale go smoothly. He handled everything every step of the way, including coordinating with our tenants to facilitate showings, and supporting addressing issues that cropped up. He has good intuition, which is not a given. Highly recommend.
Alex was phenomenal throughout the process of purchasing a new home. He was always professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the market and how to prep offers. Any question i had Alex answered truthfully and with plenty of detail and suggestions. If he didnt know the answer right away, he would get back to me promptly (which was appreciated).
