My daughter and I respect Dr. Knihnicky so much. But I am very upset with this blonde lady with glasses at doctors office. I am very disappointed with the communication and scheduling at this office. On November 24, we received a call to schedule a physical for December 11. We explained that her insurance would not cover that date and specifically requested that the physical be scheduled on the same day as her flu shot on November 26.
