After my annual check-up, they told me I had three cavities in six teeth and I decided to fix them right away. All treatments were done by Dr. Patel. After one tooth was treated, I started having pain while chewing — I never had this issue before. She said it was because the filling was too high and shaved it down, but the pain continued. Такое ощущение что попал в СССР. На стойке регистрации сидят как на привозе в Одессе. Я не к стоматологу пришёл а к ним домой. Если у тебя на пару тысяч работы с зубами то и подход другой ты там как родной . А если на пару сотень такое и отношение - никакое!!!!!

I came only for a dental cleaning and informed them that I cannot do X-rays due to medical reasons. Despite that, they insisted I must do X-rays and even pressured me by gathering multiple staff members to convince me. I reminded them that I have a right to decline and do not have to disclose private medical details. As a result, they refused to do the cleaning. I felt uncomfortable and disappointed.
