Where do I begin? I bought a 2022 kia k5 gt line brand new in 2022. I loved it. The car runs well to this day. However, recently back in April of this year I began experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues, which the vehicle is still under the manufacturer's warranty. Just bought a nice preowned Chevy truck from Alexander KIA. The staff was great to work with, customer friendly, not pushy & willing to go the extra mile to accommodate you. Kenny Mitstifer was very helpful and got me a great truck at a fair price. He did a lot to make the purchasing experience easy and pleasant. Jay & everyone else I spoke with were very nice. I would highly recommend Alexander KIA if you're in the market for a new or preowned vehicle.
Just a reminder The Blaise the deal is a gimmick and Wade Biddle the Genral Manager doesn't even acknowledge the deal.
Caution with the Blaise the deal gimmick. It appears to be a way to build a deal online. You pick the vehicle, add your trade, apply for credit, upload you driver license, proof of insurance, and proof of income and then submit the deal and they did not acknow;edge twice. After the first submission and unprofessional treatment the General Manager offered to make a deal. The offer was 5200 less for the trade then the online deal. Absolutely Terrible. I NEVER in 40 years of buying cars had a manager tell me to shop elsewhere. I can't believe Mr. Alexander built a small empire on arrogance like Jay displayed.
